[Zeffie-Users] Install MYSQL on RAQ2

Bernd,

It does not appear that mysql is installed on the server. 
I can telnet in and login as root on the RAQ2. The package I'm installing is RaQ2-MySQL-3-3.23.58-1.Z2-Built-by-Zeffie.com.pkg

I have never installed from the command line. Do you know where I can get the instructions on how to get the file to  where it needs to be (ftp?) and how to install?

Maybe check
    /usr/sbin
for "mysqld" or
   /etc/rc.d/init.de
for a hint on mysql
Or do a
    ps awux | grep mysql
as root.

You have to log in as root or do a "su" to root bevor installing anything.

I hope the information fit for a RaQ2 too. Which PKG are you using?
