Dear Jean,

I have booted the desktop from the CD and it then shows the 3 steps to take.

1. connect the qube with a x-cable (I have done so and plugged that
into primary)
2. hold the left and right buttons and switch it on (that is when it
says "net booting")
3. wait for further instructions on the LCD (which don't come)

The lights for the network connection are on. The desktop is a P3-500
with 327Mb internal memory.

Hope this sheds some extra light...
