[Zeffie-Users] Disable Majordomo

looks like the majordomo at domain.tld account is getting spammed and since the 
spammers like to use a variety of "from" e-mail addresses that aren't all 
good, majordomo sends out a error message that gets bounced back.

I made a pkg to shut majordomo off...

The uninstall will turn it back on...
