[Zeffie-Users] (raq4) repeating 'relaying denied' problem

Hi, 

Lastly I get message from the server that it couldn't send my message since
relaying is denied.

Every time after I remake virtusertable or reboot server it goes back to
normal. Sometimes don't.

This started about a month ago and since then I had it several times. Right
now is another one.

What is broken? How could I fix it?
