[Zeffie-Security] Worlds Largest Cobalt Update for the RaQ4

I have created a Very Large OS-UPDATE for the RaQ4...

it is not meant to update every pkg on the Internet but instead to create a 
base for the RaQ4 that can be updated as needed... This update is based much 
in part on Redhat Enterprise 3. but everything has be rebuilt for the RaQ4 
by me.

This update adds several programs and updates almost everything.
