[Zeffie-Security] PHP update packages.... anything?

Hi everyone,

I've hit upon a problem with trying to use phpBB-2.0.11 with the php 4.0.6
installation supplied by Sun. phpBB 2.0.11 is a critical security update
from 2.0.10, but while 2.0.10 worked ok with php-4.0.6, phpBB 2.0.11
doesn't as it uses the newer version of the php rtrim() function.

Has anyone created an update package for PHP to get it up to a more or
less current stable release?
